K10, construction apprenticeship programmes in London - converting potential

  • Our apprenticeship programme harnesses the potential existing within individuals, their communities and the construction industry.

  • We’ve developed an innovative apprenticeship model in which we recruit, pay and train apprentices, connecting them into supply chains.

  • We enable firms to benefit from added resource without the burden of delivering full apprenticeship programmes themselves.

What we do

We are London’s largest construction-specific Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA). We are an award-winning social enterprise, accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and supported by Charities Aid Foundation and Trust for London.

Our aim is to place our learners in sustainable employment within construction projects in their home boroughs. To do this, we collaborate with government, local referral organisations, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, colleges and more, to deliver apprenticeship and traineeship programmes specifically designed to upskill London residents.
